We had our basement finished by Basement Unlimited and they did a phenomenal job. The workmanship was outstanding, the contractors were all professional and customer service was exemplary. The day after we contacted Basement Unlimited Jim came to get our specs and scope out hat we wanted. Two days later we received the estimate and drawings for our planned basement bedroom and bathroom. Paulina emailed us contacts for choosing our flooring, vanity and tile. We were so impressed with their work we added a backsplash in our kitchen. Mark and his crew were on top of everything and cleaned up daily. Every suggestion we made was done for us. Cannot say enough about them. They do quality work and we plan on using them for future projects.
Basement Unlimited did an outstanding job finishing my basement. They were able to complete the project in less than 2 months by Thanksgiving as we requested. The basement looks spectacular. After 19 years in our home we finally got around to finishing our basement. Once we made the decision to do so, I figured it would be a long and tedious process to even get started. This was not the case with Basement Unlimited. They responded very quickly to our initial outreach and we shockingly got started on the project within just a couple weeks of our first contact! They made the process so easy and stress free. They worked with us on ideas and were very flexible as we made adjustments along the way. Mark was so responsive any time we had a question or concern (not that there were many at all!). He truly takes pride in his work and goes over and above to make the homeowner happy. We readily chose Basement Unlimited to finish our “unfinished basement”! Marek is fair, honest, and strives to complete a project in a timely manner. He has helped us design a very affordable 5 room living, sleeping, entertaining and relaxing “family cave”. We welcomed his flooring ideas to cover unattractive concrete as well as his ability to transform nooks and crannies for storing our treasured things collected over the years. Marek ‘s bathroom design allowed for a good size shower (48″x36″x74″), 36″ vanity, toilet, and ample storage cabinet for linens. Working with Basement Unlimited is nothing short of a pleasure. What a great company to work with! I have a construction background myself so I understand how things should look when they are complete. But I have to say that Mark is one of the most professional, detailed, precise and reliable people that we’ve ever had do work for us. He’s honest and very accommodating. His habit of cleaning up the job site everyday at the end of the day does not go unnoticed. He protected our flooring where the workers would be going in and out by covering it…it’s these little things that matter. I could go on and on. Highly recommend Basement Unlimited! We had Basement Unlimited finish our basement bathroom which we had a rough in for. They had the best pricing, knowledgeable sales person who recommended the right mechanics compared to others we asked. For instance, their sales person recommended a grinder pump which is needed in a basement. Other contractors wanted to put in a regular pump. That sold us because those are important differences to how the bathroom functions over time. Mark and Paulina were very on top of the project management at every phase and were eager to please. They set our expectations for every phase through framing, plumbing, drywall, doors and trim, painting and final installation. They communicate immediately and clearly. They were true to their word and ethical. There was a carpet stain from the job and they replaced it at their own expense and were very apologetic. The workmanship from their crews is excellent. We are very happy with the quality of the work and the finished product.
Had BU do a sunroom addition. 24×18. It looks amazing. They were the best priced. Did the work on time. Very eager to please the customer. Mark the main dude has a great work ethic. I would recommend them to my Friends and family.

Our job was completed in a timely manner despite Coronavirus. It turned out to be a better project than we had planned. We recommend!
Great experience working with this company. Mark and Paulina are owners who have the highest work ethic and professionalism. They completely refinished our basement. They suggested design ideas and worked with us to try to keep the cost within our budget. Project was done in a timely fashion and we could not be more pleased with the final product.

FIVE STAR COMPANY! The Basements Unlimited team exceeded our expectations! Frustrated by waiting for over a month for 3 other contractors to get back to us with a bid, we found Basements Unlimited on our neighborhood list serve. Being in the business, I knew this project would be one that would take a very exceptional contractor to make it all happen. When I met with Mark, I could tell our project would be one of his largest but he met it with professionalism and delivered an exceptional finished project. The project was broken into two phases as we needed to move out for two months during phase one. Mark knew we could not miss this deadline and he made sure not only did he get it right, he did it with a smile. Throughout the process, he was very hands on and constantly was in communication to discuss different aspects of the job as things came up. He took feedback very well and was always looking to deliver very high quality work. He will be the only company I use for future work and I continue to tell everyone I know who is thinking about renovating. Basements Unlimited should be your only choice. They were fantastic! After getting four estimates to finish our basement in the Village of Five Points, we hired Mark and the Basement Unlimited team to complete the job. What a great decision! Mark handled all aspects of the project in a very professional manner always going above and beyond to make us happy while delivering a quality product. AMAZING!!! Mark and his crew were just phenomenal from estimate to completion. The estimate was thorough and highly competitive. They started promptly; so promptly in fact that they helped us (translation; they moved everything!) move boxes and furniture out of an unfinished bonus room that they were finishing for us. The workmanship was perfection. They kept us well informed throughout the entire process, which was much faster than I had assumed it would be. Of course, like everyone else, they used subs but every one of them were professional and at the top of their game. Mark oversaw the project every step of the way. He even help us (translation: he did it!) install a flat screen TV when the project was complete. They left everything neat and clean, used drop cloths everywhere and were so very careful when moving materials into and out of the house. There is literally not one thing I could recommend for improvement. What an amazing experience! We have already decided to hire them for another project in the fall. Oh, and they certainly do more than basements. This first project was an unfinished bonus room on the second floor of our home. The next will be an exterior deck. Much of our basement was finished when the house was built but we wanted to add a spare bedroom/sewing room.
